When submitting an offer or Letter of Intent, it is always best to have a pre-qualification letter from your lender and/or proof of funds. Not only does it provide assurance to a seller/owner, but it may offer an edge over another buyer. Below you will find my preferred lenders.
We are very selective with whom we work. In order for us to represent a buyer, we ask that you provide proof of funds, lender pre-qualification and/or a resume of experience.
